In addition to providing our customers assistance through technical support and our 24hr Hotline, DTS also offers hands-on training. With our extensive experience in the manufacture AND application of vibration test equipment, we can provide real-time technical support answer your most pressing questions as they arise.
System Operation and Maintenance
A good understanding of your system’s operation and maintenance procedures can prevent mistakes and preclude costly downtime caused by equipment failure. Many of our service calls are due to “cockpit” errors, or from not understanding basic system maintenance procedures. DTS offers informative training courses to educate test and maintenance personnel in all areas of vibration and shock equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
For further understanding and education of vibration and shock theory, DTS is proud to represent the Equipment Reliability Institute, run by Mr. Wayne Tustin. Mr. Tustin has been teaching vibration and shock theory for many years and has written countless books and papers on the subject
